Easy simple over night stay. We were only there one night for our cruise that left the next day. All we needed a bed and a bathroom. Host was easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed the VRBO! Convenient to the beach. Nothing fancy but we felt the location was perfect. We had never been to Cocoa Beach and the stay is located central to the tourist attractions.

great little place

This place is basically a house divided into smaller rental areas (bath and bedrooms). they have decked out the outside property with the feel of being at a resort (fire pit, bar area, games, seating to relax). It was a great spot to go to our HS reunion. We really enjoyed it.

For a single traveler who needed a local quick beach getaway for a couple of days this was perfect. Chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch. 😋

Fun little set up!

Handy location to the beach and local restaurants/ bars. Backyard tiki bar and fire pit are a nice touch! Everything that I needed was provided in the kitchenette, along with beach towels and chairs. Communication was very prompt and when I was having cell phone issues everything was handled by email. Great spot!
