Beautiful, huge and clean property. A gem!!!
This property was beautifully decorated, had all new appliances and fixtures, and was very spacious. The location was great. The 4th Street Filling Station Gastropub was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

My family and I went to Cocoa Beach to spend Christmas with our family that lives there. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at Cocoa Key was excellent! The house is beautiful, with an updated kitchen and flooring throughout, along with lovely decor. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a nice touch to rinse off the sand. The large island in the kitchen was a perfect gathering spot and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, accessories, and cookware.
The beach is an easy 7-8 minute walk from the house, with close proximity to a gas station, Dunkin', and the 4th Street Filling Station restaurant and bar. It was convenient and fun to be so close!
We definitely recommend Cocoa Key for your next stay!
