I did a lot of research before choosing this property and we were not disappointed. Not only was the location perfect for our vacation but the rental was so beautiful and really had the comfort of home with all of the necessities right there. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach!

Perfectly located rental!

The Juni House was conveniently located, with good amenities in the home and extremely close proximoty to the beach, which was fantastic! The home was lovely, though a little small for our larger party of 7, especially with only one shared bathroom, but we managed fine and enjoyed our stay there overall.

BRIGHT, COMFY & COZY GETAWAY!

We fully enjoyed our stay at The Juni - Spanish House. From the get go our communication with our host was quick and responsive. Our getaway was perfect for us and we wanted for nothing. Family Vacation

This place was great! It was perfect for our family of 5 and was a short walk to the beautiful beach and places to eat! The dryer did make a loud annoying sound when in use so we had to make sure to dry clothes when we left. The cars were loud at night when sleeping in the master bedroom and i would suggest a few fans provided because the air can not keep up during the hot summer days. Loved that it provided beach gear because that was so helpful! We will stay here again for sure!

I give 5 stars. The owner responds quick and is very respectful. This place is very cozy. It’s a perfect area if you have a small group coming along. The driveway is on the smaller side but it can fit 1-3 cars depending on big your vehicle is. They have beach towels just in case you need some, extra mattress in the closet in one room in case you need in, a pack-and-play, and more. It’s a road over from the beach so it is not far at all. The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s definitely an ideal place for a family vacation.

Could not stay

We arrived and the parking was limited so one car had to block the door. We finally found the pool and it was filthy as the filter was not in working order. Upon further inspection “bedroom 3” was a couch. The bathroom had mold growing as did other corners of the property. The trip was broken in the kitchen and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. We attempted to get moved to a place with a usable pool and no mold but we’re only offered use of a pool at an alternate location. There were no rooms at this other location so it required us to travel to the pool. We could have dealt with this but the mold was not acceptable. They charged us anyway. We are working to dispute the issues we encountered upon arrival.
