「Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...」

「My daughter had a softball tournament in Merritt Island so we needed a place mainly to sleep as we were at the ball field all day. This place was perfect for the 2 of us! The apartment is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The apartment buidling is cute, clean, and quiet. Also, the view of the pool and banana river is beautiful! 「We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!」
