"My stay was absolutely wonderful. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a fantastic view. We sat on the patio and looked out at the Atlantic Ocean. The suite was clean and roomy. Kitchen area was perfect. My accommodation were on point. Everybody was nice and very helpful. I had no problem getting any where I wanted to go. We’ll be back. "

"The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. It was immaculate. The beach was a short walk away and staff was very good to set up comfy chaise lounges with umbrella. The only draw back for me was the access to a narrow terrace which had no access from the living/dining rooms but we spent most the time at the beach and restaurants so it was ok. The access to Oyster Bay Resort was a definite plus. The Veranda was good for lunch but the dinner restaurant was more of a 3 star. The Big Fish restaurant at Coral Bay was outstanding! "

"Probably the best villa rental in Saint-Maritn. Spacious and well appointed two story, 3 bedroom home. Comfortable funiture and beds inside and a huge patio outside. The view is shocking. Unobstructed 180 degree panorama with St Barths to the east and hills and Anguilla to the West. Oyster pond is at your feet. Great location in a quiet, upscale and secure neigborhhood. All involved in the management of the property were friendly and professional. My wife and I had a lovely time and will certainly be back. This is a multimillion dollar home and is a great deal for the money. Scott"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home lived up to its pictures and then some. It was clear that the owners did some significant improvements that appeared relatively recent, so much of the home had a really new look and feel to it (master bedroom/bath, guest bedrooms, tile work throughout, new washer/dryer, a/c). Kitchen was large and spacious, back porch was nice to grill out and the front covered porch had an amazing view on to the ocean. Oh, and then there was the pool… the real gem of the property. It was large and recently renovated pool with amazing view of the ocean. The pool deck was recently replaced with travertine stone. Grounds and the private driveway were nicely manicured. Close to everything. Very close to the JW Marriott resort as well, great spot for a drink during peak season. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming! If we go back to St. Martin we’d definitely stay again. "

"If you are single or a couple and staying a week or less, you can not beat this place. Walk to great restaurants, store, even the Bach. Or just sit on your deck for the week! After a week it might start feeling small with 2 people, but don't let the ever you. Great place."
