This delightful home is nestled in the heart of Coeur d'Alene and embodies the essence of ''home-sweet home''. The spacious front porch is perfect for enjoying the summer evenings. As you step inside enjoy the open floor plan with a kitchen that offers ample space for cooking along with upscale appliances like its' Viking Stove. The main floor master bedroom ensures easy accessibility. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Outside, the fully landscaped backyard is perfect for entertaining. The generously sized detached 2-car garage is ideal with its' easy alley access.

(TV/Cable info)- The basic TV cable stations are powered by a small digital antenna located near the TV. If the signal is acting up feel free to move it around to find a better signal. We recommend logging into your personal digital cable provider app account if you are planning to watch a particular show or special sporting event. This tends to be far more reliable than the digital antenna cable. You can of course always stream and use your favorite apps as well.

Loved this property! Easy check-in, loved having a garage for parking. The king bed was beyond comfortable though a step stool would be nice to get up there. Great location, easy walking distance into town, coffee stand close by. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great communication with property management and their team. They immediately addressed a needed repair when we called. The property is clean, comfortable and secure. We really appreciated the fenced backyard for our little dog for the times we were out enjoying CDA.

The house was immaculately clean. Appliances seemed new and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped. There was a nice back patio with fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable seating. The house is a few blocks from a grocery store and about a mile from many restaurants and shops. We had a lovely stay here.

Nice location, away from downtown, but not too far. Quiet neighborhood. Clean property and nice semi-private yard with garage access. Yard needs some upkeep in backyard. Plants would be a nice touch. Loved the King size bed in Master Bedroom. Big Kitchen for the win. Upstairs was a bit warm for family members! We would stay here again. Pet friendly, Thank you.
