The main lounge room is located at the top of the stairs above the entry, has a 75 inch smart TV with access to all channels. This lounge is connected via a large entertaining sliding glass doors to a north facing and sunny outdoor deck area.
Perfect for meals or hanging out. Also a nice spot to position your laptop and work.
The central Kitchen dining area with raked ceilings is huge. The Smeg and Miele Appliances make cooking and cleaning easy. The Smeg oven is 700mm wide, so cooks up a feast! Induction cooktop for quick cooking.

The kitchen and dining area has windows looking out over the lovely pool and deck area. Theee doors are locked with access to pool from rumpus room via a pool gate

The Big Banana Fun Park is a short walking distance away, where you can ice skate, ride taboggans, have fun at the Water park, check out the Cheesemaking Workshop, Opal Centre or the Lollie Shop, or even buy a chocolate coated frozen banana! So yum!
Aanuka Beach Resort is a easy stroll away, with evening live music, good vibes, and great restaurants.
Diggers Beach is serviced during the school holidays by our local Surf LifeSaving Club, and it is also one of the safest and most popular swimming and surfing beaches in the area. It is an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach from our home.
The Airport is ten minutes drive away, The Plaza is just over the hill, a one minute drive, and the jetty area is five minutes drive, where you can jetty jump, go out for dinner, do your morning swim, run or skate, or just go and enjoy the holiday fun while sipping a delicious coffee from the Salute Jetty cafe.
Great coffee Shops are Old Johns or Supply, at the Jetty, or Salute in town in the Woolies Lane, the street is kind of hidden away, but you can google Salute and find it.
Supply - near the Jetty has great coffee and food, as does Urban cafe.
For night life and great vibes plus on tap beer you could go to the Element bar. Fiasco does great pizza. Indian restaurants are also great as there's a lot of local Indians who live here
