“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“Room was half cleaned, broken desk, leaking toilet, and was about 80 degrees. It took about 2 hours for the room to cool down. Elevator was broken so we had to bring luggage and 6 month old up and down the fire escape. When I asked if a first floor room was available they said they were all dirty because housekeeping only comes once a week.”

“The building is under renovations - overall will be nice once finalized - still older items linger and not working. overall the room was clean, bathroom door was dragging the floor, table lamp was not working but the room was fresh painted, new carpet, some new furniture.”

“The room was clean except for the floor in the bathtub area.some of the wall surfaces were dirty. It needs coffee makers, drinking cups and glasses in the room and an ice machine on property.”

“Gigi was so lovely! We had an amazing time away from home in our little paradise. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed running and playing on the property and were very interested in the lake! There is so much to do in Muscle Shoals and Florence and it was the perfect balance of relaxation and having activities to do. We will definitely go back in the future!”

“Overall plesant visit. Plenty of room and accommodating with our service animals. Clean and fresh inside. Needs ouside cleaning/treatment (spiders and wasps plentiful), some decking should be replaced, slow kitchen drain.”

“What an incredible experience we had staying for an extended stay with our dogs at Bettie's lovely mcm home! This place is a dream setting in a cove off the lake in the woods that felt like I was back in my childhood 50's home! So private!! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the homey home, having our boat right there at the dock and all the wildlife!! So much to enjoy! The Canada geese that live in the cove coming and going are like family. The resident Beaver and turtles are such a……

“Great house right on the water we were able to pull our Triton boat up and tied off to a tree there was steps that walked down to the water that made it easy to go out on the lake everyday the beach was pea gravel so it didn't hurt the boat at all water was super deep so it was easy to pull in the house was very clean had great Wi-Fi and lots of beds to sleep in. The air conditioning worked great in the bed were super comfortable.”
