“My room was good overall, but it had some issues with the room which were not what I expected for what I paid for the room. I brought it up to the front desk upon checkout and they said they would speak with the manager. ”

“Gladstone is listed as having parking on-site, but upon arrival there was no lot. I spent 30 mins trying to locate parking during rush hour traffic. I found a garage nearby that had a sign for Gladstone but there was no information sent prior to use that garage, I was also charged to park here. Communication regarding where to park would have saved us a lot of hassle, and overall left us with a not so great experience. ”

“The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again.”
