「Very good stay. Very nice inside and good rooms. Very central in Detroit. Reception staff very good. Concierge very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the house keeping. Had to ask for housekeeping 3 times and when they did attend, they brought new towels and left the old dirty ones, did not make up the beds - just dropped off coffee and towels. Spoils a very good hotel.」

「The outlets on either side of the bed did not work. I have a C-Pap machine, so I needed to plug it in. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person to the room. He had to get an extension cord and run it across the room so I could have power. It took about 40 minutes. 」

「Wonderful stay at The Element Hotel Detroit. We came in for a one-night stay last minute to experience Day 3 of the NFL Draft with our son. The hotel was super convenient to everything, and very nice. They had some fun events going on with pop-up shops when we checked in and they were super welcoming of kids.
