“I stayed for five nights at this Kasa. Check in process was easy and I never had issues getting into the building/Room. There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit. Room I was in needs a good deep cleaning. The AC unit has visible dust/grime/debris in it. I was not very comfortable with air circulating thru this dirty AC unit. There was also a dead bug……
