“convenient to National Mall ”

“My room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient. I was in town for a business trip and appreciated the kitchen, which had a roomy mini-fridge, stove, pots, dishes, coffee machine and hot water kettle. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to add a small side table as there was no place in the room to sit down and eat a meal.”

“The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. ”

“This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. At 4:43p, after several "updates", they said there was a phone number I could call, but as I had an important meeting at 4:45p, that I was supposed to be in……

“Our stay was very convenient for our family’s needs. The unit is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and only a 8-10 minute walk from two different metro stations. The host was very communicative during our stay. The unit was well supplied for our four day stay. We had a small hiccup with our key fob access that was rectified quickly. My weak point for our stay would be that our blinds in our bedrooms did not block out the ambient light coming from the adjacent……

“Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.”

“The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains. The beds were foam and sunk to the boards underneath. The pillowcases had not been washed well and still smelled. After……
