"We ordered a Handi Capped room, They do NOT have a Handi Capped room with a walk in shower! Had to take a King instead of 2 queens. "

"It was a very clean, renovated, AFFORDABLE, and convenient room. The sweet girl at the front was so friendly and helpful. "

"Bought the breakfast plan when I checked in they said I didn’t have it and it didn’t include breakfast"

"We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles. We will never be back to this place!!!!!!"

"The staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay a day yo help my don move. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were great and it was easy to get to and from the hotel to my son's place in St Joseph."

"The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we interacted with was a young gal at checkout. Wished she would have been working during our entire stay. Probably won't stay again due to the staff experience and the lack of noise insulation. "
