Great hotel, location is a little out of the way and public transport was limited but walking is an option. Convenient parking (20EUR Per Night) and the breakfast was reasonable. Very poor room cleaning
The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room ...

Staff were brilliant - I requested interconnecting rooms at check in and they managed to accommodate my request. The rooms are spacious and clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay here. Short walk over the bridge to cologne cathedral.
