We were treated like valued guests from the minute we checked in to the time we left. The hotel is beautiful with colonial architecture and lots of beautiful natural wood accents. 「Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room. Can say enough about the GHL highly recommend and we would stay again. 10/10」
