「The only problem (actually it’s not resort’s problem) is the extreme humidity of the room, besides this all others are good」

「This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. 「Very clean and great staff. Located north of town but not far. Easy to get around. Highly recommend. Island Divers Cozumel is located in Coral Princess which is a great dive shop.」

「The view of the ocean was worth the cost of the hotel for sure, and everything was clean. The tv however was tiny and unusable, and there was no internet in the room which was quite inconvenient. They charged an extra $30 cash for island tax, and charged me extra to store my valuables at the front desk because they don’t have safes/ boxes, and they have several signs posted about not leaving valuables in the room when you leave because they’re not liable for theft.」
