"Everyone in this hotel, Hotel staffed the supervisors even down to the maids. The clerks are outstanding. The food is excellent. The rooms are extremely clean. Everybody is so polite. You're not a number. You're actually treated with teen respect with understanding and patience. This is the best hotel I've ever been in in my life right down to the very piece of you could put a microscope on and never find any flaw on what's whatsoever.i would actually be always recommending this IHG "The Holiday Inn Express Hotel"above all others in Colorado! No question the Second Level has a walk over Tremont Pl connecting "The historical bound Palace hotel a triangular shaped hotel built in 1892. It has actually eight levels eight stories back in that era engineers could only build a building six levels or six stories, but with a triangular shape as a key puzzle piece Tiny Broadway with the old streets of the original downtown Denver following the river it's amazing that there's a chandelier in there. Oh my God anything you see in there is all historical. It's breathtaking. Absolutely it's a little pricey a brown palace but you get what you pay for but for my money The Holiday Inn express Hotel" The complementary breakfast is excellent. 24 hour coffee. Can you imagine that perfect cup every time I enjoy it I would recommend only this hotel, outstanding One Block away from the 16th St Mall. A Free Full Size shuttle Bus every Five Minutes stops at each Block Quite the outside Mall experien"

"Stayed here last weekend, we loved it! Pros: - friendly/helpful staff - overall nice quality, clean, boutique type hotel - location - about a 7 min walk to main street, walk across the street and ski down to a lift. - live music in the lobby in the evenings (fri/sat) was very good - ski valet - they store and warm/dry your boots and skis - you enter from the lobby area or outside and go right out to the mountain - they store your shoes while you go and they are super quick and helpful - 2 hot tubs out on a deck - free hot cider every day after you get back from the mountain - free smores at the fire pit one night a week - shuttle - evenings it comes about every 10 min to various spots on main street. it was hard to figure out at first but just ask the lobby staff to explain the website to you then it's easy to understand! Takes you to main street or back to the hotel - great option if you don't want to walk. -Staff is super friendly. - room was very spacious, plenty of drawer space, and various hooks and hanging areas for all your ski gear!, Cons: - if you are on floors 6 -10 you will have to take two elevators to get to your room. you have to walk down a LONG hallway for the first and then down another hallway to get to the 2nd elevator. I chose my room on the 10th thinking I would get a better view but then it was a hassle every time to go to lobby. - breakfast options were ok - could use more options. There was a burrito, couple breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and pastries"

We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture! What a sweet surprise! Will definitely be back if we were in the area again."
