Great hot tub

This home is cute. Communication was great, quick and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Some areas of improvement: just be aware the bed is memory foam and very hard, the couch is not comfy and the springs are worn out, its generally just not very cozy, it was cold with no way to control the temp and due to the location it was loud. Its not located in a good neighborhood. The lights behind the bed were not operational but made for cute pics on this app. The hot tub was amazing though and very clean Just make sure you fully read the discription to see if this is the right place for you.

Great Private Rental

Communication with Bonny was excellent. This place is very private and comfortable. The fire pit in the back is a great bonus for those cold nights. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

15 Mins from Everywhere!

The property was very cute and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Especially loved the hot tub! My friend and I joked because this property was literally 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to go see and do. Will definitely book again!

Cozy stay

My stay was just a couple days but it was really nice. The place was extremely clean and management was always quick to respond when questions were asked. We did end up having a problem with the electricity in one of the bedrooms though. Not sure what was going on with it. It happened on our last night there so it wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get someone out there until the next day. All in all though, for my first visit in Colorado, I will definitely be booking here again when I go back to visit.

Clean and cozy

This place was very clean centrally located for our stay but not in a very good part of town. It had everything we needed but is quite small. Getting in and out of the gate was problematic and required two people. Other than that it was a great place for to stay.

Back-alley Headache

Upon arrival up the alley, my kids were both like, "Is this it?" I tried to hype it up a bit, but I was secretly disappointed. We checked in w/a code, so that's easy, & the hot tub is glorious! Everything else was not great & ended up being 1 headache after another. When we entered the cramped unit, we were greeted with an overwhelming toxic chemical cleaning scent. Plus, the rug was nasty & stained, & the couch had a bit of a funky smell when we went to make the bed. Then, came dinnertime, the kitchen was stocked, but there was only one fork. Still, not that big of a deal. But there is also no dishwasher & the drain did not drain, making doing dishes a pain. So, let's check out the firepit! Dead leaves were piled high & there were used dog poop bags laying around from prior guests. Gross. Another problem, the firepit has been left on & is out of gas. Yay! Good thing there is an extra tank...wait it's locked up. Time to contact the host. She was responsive & gave me the code, but by the time I got it, it was too late. We had moved on to the hot tub. This place is getting annoying. Was able to get the firepit going on night 2 but was interrupted by the yappy dog next door. To top it off, the rental company does not charge the $200 pet fee upfront & I missed it in the fine print. They seem to have a calculated practice of slipping this in as opposed to making it a clear part of the reservation like they do the hot tub fee. Avoid this HEADACHE. THE HOT TUB IS NOT WORTH IT!

Very cute place

Very cute and clean place. Only negatives I have to mention is that there is no AC in the house. However, there is a floor fan. Also, when it’s windy the gate will swing randomly so there is a chance it could hit your car when pulling out. The hot tub is shared with other renters.

Down town Colorado Springs

The room was nice. We especially liked the hot tub and fire pit. Inside everything was very clean. Looked like it was dog friendly. Nice hammock.
