Cute Place

I stayed here while I was in town working. For a studio house, this place was large in size. It had a great size kitchen with everything you need. I didn't use the outside area, but it was spacious and would be a great place to hang out. I would definitely stay here again.

Cross country road trip for family event

My husband and I have stayed at several rental properties across the western US and this is by far one of the top 2 best we have ever stayed at and will absolutely stay again. It is a beautiful home, so cozy and felt like home. Quiet and peaceful for dogs. Only wish it had higher and sturdier fence. Wonderful neighborhood and excellent hosts, anticipated our needs before we even asked. By far 5 stars.

Nice location. Enjoyed our morning walks. Suggest an info sheet about appliances, heat/ air conditioning, etc. Could use a little landscaping in the front of the property…. But overall, great spot in a great neighborhood!

Colorado springs get away

My wife and took this small trip last minute. This house was perfect for what we needed. With one small acception. The AC wasn't the greatest and the code when we got there didn't work. At night it was ok as the outside air temp was around 68ish. The day was brutal but we didn't spend much time there as we were gone most of the day. However, communication was outstanding! Thats the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars. Other than that I would stay there again anytime! Loved this city!!

Good location and communication!

Overall it was good! This is a SMALL cottage, 3-4 people max. We had 3 and only stayed for the weekend so it worked for us. We did have a a couple issues but the rental manager was quick to respond and help. The only real downside to this property is that its cooled by a window A/C and we stayed on a hot weekend and it had trouble keeping the place as cool as i would like but on normal weather should be fine. We were busy and didnt get to use the other features but it does have a nice outside fireplace/sitting area. We visited downtown shops and Pikes Peak then came back to a large TV and a comfy bed! Parking was easy, right in front of property. The place looks like it was renovated not too long ago and was clean. Its perfect for a couple on a weekend trip!

The studio cottage was in a good location. The place was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The property host was quick to respond to the one issue I had the first night I was there. The only suggestion is that they have a dresser to unpack clothes since there's no closet. I'd stay again.
