Amazing Neighborhood!

This house was amazing! The amenities made it feel like home away from home! The neighborhood was great! The location was perfect for so many activities- Pike’s Peak, Estes National Park, Zoo, Royal Gorge and amazing restaurants short distances. We will be back!

Wonderful home away from home!

Really enjoyed everything about this property. Spacious, excellent views, great neighborhood, close to interstate to get to everything, outstanding living spaces, kids loved pool table, Tesla charging a huge plus. Kitchen very well appointed with quality stuff, everything from cookware to spices and pots/pans. Wonderful experience.

This was BY FAR the nicest VRBO we have ever reserved. The home was immaculate and well appointed and no detail was overlooked. From a closet full of games, to a well stocked kitchen and even Q-tips in the bathrooms, we all felt as if we had rented a 5-Star home!! The owners are models of how every rental should be offered!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great house for a family stay

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and this house met all of our expectations and needs. We had three couples plus one single person (all related family, all adults) and the house was fine. The kitchen was very well equipped (although we didn't cook while there). It is in a tract neighborhood so don't expect a remote natural Colorado experience. You are looking directly down into neighbors' yards from the deck as they can directly see you, so don't expect much privacy outdoors. But the house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need (and then some). The property manager was great with communications although there was nothing that we found that we needed that wasn't already there. Surprisingly for a tract neighborhood, the view from the top deck is very good and you can see the front range mountains and even Pikes Peak on a clear day. The pool table in the basement is a great bonus (although we didn't really have time to use it). I would highly recommend this house for either a family or 3 couples (or 4 couples if two couples don't mind sharing a bathroom downstairs).

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely stunning with everything you could need for your visit. Its location is perfect for USAFA or just to visit the Colorado Springs area. We were staying for USAFA graduation and received a thoughtful welcome package from the owners congratulating us on our sons graduation. Only complications we occurred was with management company. Received a text several days prior to our visit offering the home a day early. We jumped on the offer, paid the difference and changed our airline tickets. Upon arrival more were told there was an error and that we could not get in the home and being graduation week there or nothing available in the Springs
