The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry.

Charming vintage vibe with a modern twist

My husband, adult son and I stayed over Thanksgiving holidays to be near our daughter. The location was perfect and the amenities provided all we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood but very accessible to USC. Very basic kitchen. It could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but it did the job for our weekend away.

Great location, the owner promptly replied to my request, the space was clean and the instructions that were given in the email were clear and concise. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Columbia.

All we needed.

Clean, comfy cozy. We would definitely stay again. On a side note, directions on maps app kept taking us to another street. Because it's a duplex, you must put the address plus a dash and the last 2 of the adjoining duplex suite.

Great neighborhood close to everything

We stayed here as a family for a college tour. The apartment is very well laid out with separate bedrooms towards back of apartment. There is ample street parking. We would return again.
