We had a great time

The only negative I have is the seating in the dining room and living room. It is a rental for 6 and there is only seating in both for four.

Too Old for A "Quiet Policy"

The house is nice and served our needs for football weekend. The house is a triplex in a neighborhood of duplexes/apartments. I would totally stay in this house again however, I was there with my son, my niece and a neighbor from home. These are all highly educated people who do not party and make trouble. We stayed up having pizza after a football game that ended near 11:00 and the neighbor in the other unit complained that we were making noise TWICE. I don't know how she heard us, maybe the insulation is not good but the owner texted me to remind me there is a "Quiet Policy" from 10:00pm until 8:00pm. I get it, some people may have house parties or get loud and that's unfortunate but to get a call from the Owner to remind me of a Quiet Policy was totally ridiculous especially when we were only sitting in the dining room, no music playing, we didn't even have the television on.

WORST PROPERTY EVER!!!

This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had with VRBO. This is NOT a house, it’s a structure with 3 units. The property was filthy upon my arrival, the washing machine had dirty towels inside without being cleaned, there was a major ceiling leak in the kitchen which the owners knew about but didn’t disclose, AND BLACK MOLD WHERE THE CLEAN DISHES ARE BEING STORED!! I left the property a day early and went to a hotel. Absolutely disgusting

Very nice indeed

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to Downtown Columbia and to Fort Jackson. Very clean and stocked up on supplies. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple to follow. The only suggestion I could offer is the remotes for lights and ceiling fans in all rooms are same frequency, so you turn one off you turn them all off...etc. Can be a little frustrating when you want to control 1 room. Management was very responsive and took care of everything. I will definitely consider staying here again if my travels lead me here again.

Such a beautiful home to spend some relaxing time. Beautifully furnished and had everything I needed and super close to everything. Will book again when I visit Columbia.

Love, love, love

We loved everything about this house: location, size, comfort and I could go on. This house does not disappoint. There are neighbors upstairs but we rarely heard them.
