The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door.
Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable.
It’s a very old house and we liked the antique touches and decor. It’s within walking distance to German Village and everything we wanted to walk to. It was overall comfortable for our stay. I would rate it 3.5.
