Our host was very accommodating and friendly. He was good about checking to see if we needed anything and had repairs, when good, completed expediently. We would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous

Great place to relax and enjoy while staying in the area. Plenty of room inside and outside of the house as well. Gorgeous backyard with plenty of games to stay busy. Great stay!

Matt was very friendly and on top of it for communication. He was flexible with our needs and ensured that we were happy with our stay throughout the visit and at the end. The house was perfect for our group out of town visit. The detached garage was nice for hanging out in the evening and playing some games. We were able to easily connect to the wifi and tv. The neighborhood was nice and the house and it felt safe. It was also minutes away from the highway to be able to easily get around to any parts of Columbus. We would easily stay again if we’re back in the area.

The place looks and feels just as described. It’s in a very convenient location. 3 minutes from CVS and roughly 15 minutes from the city.The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to all messages.One thing to note is the 10 a.m. checkout time. I requested an extension to 11 a.m., which the host granted, but there is a 30 charge for a 12 p.m. checkout. This was something I initially missed when booking, and in most places a checkout extension to around noon is usually offered more commonly.Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location.

Great for families

We had a great experience. There was a slight smoke smell when we first arrived but the management group was very cooperative and offered various solutions to help remove the odor. It was nice out so we just opened the windows and aired the house out. No issues after that. Nice quiet neighborhood and you a really close to just about everything. Nice restaurants and great community. Would highly recommend.

Matt, the host, was quick to respond to messages. This was a gathering of family for an early holiday celebration, and it worked well that way (12 people, with only 7 spending the night). We chose this house because of the great location, enough room, and the ‘strict no-pet policy’ to help our family members with allergies. The house was as it appeared the pictures, except for the garage recreation area. Unfortunately, the smell of dogs hit us when we walked in the door. There was a pooper scooper at the back door along with a sign about cleaning up after your pets. Matt, the host, contacted us the night before checkout to ask to give him a favorable review. I told him about the smell, and he repeated the ‘strict no-pet policy’, but we did not violate the policy! Overall, the property functioned for us. The pet smell was disappointing.

This property was perfect for our stay! It was convenient for the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The rooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. Matt was a great host and was quick with his responses.
