「Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「apartments位置，就在地鐵站出口不到1min位置，來回各個主要之景點在我們來說，都方便萬分，包括由機場來往，或火車站，30mins-45mins一定可達，apartment內設施應有盡有，所有設備都很齊全，可做任何煮食，屋內亦已經備有wellcome drinks，the feeling so good 特別一提，staff十分熱心，有禮，因我們人數較多，每人各有一件大行李，在最後離開一天，staff已為我們準備好自己之車輛，說可以幫我們把行李車到火車站，非常感激幫了我們一個大忙！ 很高興可以入住到如此高質素的apartments， Thank you,Thank you ,Thank you!!」

Staff was very helpful and friendly, and they contact me in advance to make sure everything is clear and easy for me. The room is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine(dryer included), stable WiFi, and eveything I need. The only thing I am unsatisfied is the room is not spacious and dim. The price is very resonable for what they provided.」
