「Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues: 1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in 2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless 3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout 4. 「No bad.No free parking lot .Valet parking is $55」

「Very neat and tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. There is no boiling pot but available upon request. Would appreciate if tea bags are provided. Complimentary fruits and snacks are provided, very generous.」
