“We reserved a room, but due to poor service and smell, we did not stay at this hotel (Apartment/door 20 in building G) because they stopped all communication with us at 8:10 pm on Sunday night. We never did see anyone who was the owner, manager, or employee. On their last text on whatsapp, they asked me to send them a photo of their modem and we never heard from them again. “My stay of one night was great. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Toiletries were provided along with the bathrobe. It was excellent.
Note: One thing that I would comment was that someone did cook from the first floor kitchen and the aroma from cooking was evident in my bedroom. It was night time.”
