"Toilet paper dispenser under counter. Should be moved to surface of countertop. Parking very confusing with location of other businesses. "

"The property was super busy with hockey teams, birthday parties etc and not staffed for it at all over the 3 days we were there. Food for breakfast was non existent as there were lines and people clearing out all the hot food within minutes and 30+ minutes to refill. The pool was over crowded and absolutely rowdy. Despite alerting staff to the teenagers running, jumping onto kids in the pool swimming, spraying water guns into peoples faces, nothing was done to resolve the issues. It was extremely dangerous and unfortunately we had to remove our children. The bathrooms in the pool area were also filthy. At night, children were running up and down the hallways, screaming and knocking on doors until after 11pm and it started back up by 7am. We had no sleep, had to go elsewhere for breakfast and swimming, felt like a waste of money. It's too bad they'll overbook the property and not bother to have enough staff. At checkout I wasn't even asked how my stay was, and when I attempted to notify the management of our disappointment before leaving a review, I was emailed a generic copy and pasted AI response that didn't even acknowledge what my initial email was. Clearly they don't care so we won't be back. "
