"Nothing near bye. Food was good, but not any other options than just the buffet. Pool towels were available, which was great, but I would have liked to be able to bring to room and leave in room for pick up"

"This property was beautiful and the staff were beyond kind. It was nice to have eating options withing the compound, but there were also street vendors on the main road. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and clouds from their viewing area is a really wonderful experience. Definitely a great option if you're interested Santa Anna (plus close to the Santa Anna volcano). Definitely a must visit!!"

"I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! "The staff was amazing since we arrived. I can’t described how welcome they made us feel. The rooms and the atmosphere at this place was so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave . I love how closed it is to the plaza and how easy is to walk to restaurants and shopping places. We definitely will recommend this place without a doubt."

"Amazing property and staff! The facilities and views were just perfect for our short stay. We relaxed by the pool, hiked the volcano (which the staff helped arrange transportation for- about an hours drive) and kayaked on the lake. The road to the hotel is very rough so take note and go slow! There is nothing to do within walking distance of the hotel so this is more of a “stay and play” kind of place. The lake, at least at the moment, wasn’t swimmable, and I hear it won’t be for a while. But they have kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards and boat ride opportunities! The food and service (and bartending skills!) were great! Overall, I highly recommend! "
