「Property was easy to find and instruction were easy to follow. However, I would say that it wasn’t quite a nice as the photos showed and was quite tatty and worn so definitely needs a decorate. Also the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable at all to sleep in. Needs replacing! Bathrooms nice and clean and for the money it was good value. Thanks」

「Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. 「This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!」

「Well I don't like to be negative only suggest what could be improved. The property was very secure, only accessible via keycode to obtain keys and fob entry. There was fresh clean bed linen and towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Full kitchen and cooking utensils. The only downside the place could do with a full clean. Thick dust on picture frames, tile tops, surfaces and bathroom although sink and shower clean plug areas were not fresh and whole bathroom really could do with a good wipe...
