“We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose……

“旅館整個非常乾淨，服務人員非常勤於打掃。早餐室雖小，但菜色很不錯。WiFi 在房間內也夠強。旅館位置還不錯，位於德里的中心。附近有不少觀光景點，及posh 的khan market。”

“Everything is great, including the room, service and food at the restaurant. We had a pleasant time staying here. Breakfast was fantastic, got a lot of choices. We moved from Novotel to Pullman, and both hotels were very nice to help us move the luggage from room to room. We definitely will choose to stay here again next time when we visit. ”
