Helpful staff, doing their best to provide a great service. Indian cuisine is mouthwatering, but american food is not quite upto the mark. Designated smoking place and the gym needs outside access, which is bit of an inconvenience during cold/winter. The cafe/restaurant, and the pool area have great character in their overall decor, but the pool itself is a bit small and placed in one corner of the area instead of at the center, which could’ve made it more enjoyable.
Overall good experience.

A taste of colonial style in Delhi. This hotel is an oasis in the hectic streets of Delhi. Even though I managed to mess up my own booking the hotel sorted it out quickly and got me settled in my comfortable room after a very long trip.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The building is older but fairly well maintained. The room I stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated. Location is ideal for the metro and local train stations are within walking distance.

The position of the hotel is good for restaurants, and seeing the sights of Delhi. The front desk was very helpful with all our arrangements including organizing a UBER driver to the airport. The wait staff in the dining room were polite and went the extra mile to make our breakfast enjoyable. House keeping were also on the mark.
The only suggestion I have is for a choice of quilts, one light and one heavy. Also, more choices of non veg meals for the restaurant, Zaffran.
