「I thought I was in heaven!!!」

「Everything was great with the major exception of the family with young kids on the 2nd floor above us. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling until 11pm and started right back again at 7am.」

「It's a Super 8 ;) But for the area, if you want affordable, we have stayed here many times. Always feel safe and the staff is welcoming. It was hard to rate ammenities because there really aren't any other than breakfast. I was shocked to realize they don't even have an elevator. Not that we needed it but still. It is RIGHT next to the Blue Gate for concerts or plays if you are in town. Very pet friendly as well.」

「Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.」

「The property could have been taken care of a little better, lots of weeds in the flower beds in the parking lot. The pool was out of service every day of my stay except Saturday and it was ice cold. The black out curtains in my room had many holes and could have been replaced. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and kept stocked.」

「The room smelled somewhat musty or smoky like most cheap rooms until we had the A/C running long enough. The bedding was clean. We were staying as we did a long drive home across the country, so it was decent enough to sleep in for a night and wake up the next day. The check in process seemed like it took forever considering I’d already reserved online and paid.」

「The staff was very nice and helpful but the pool had ants in it and there wasnt many options for breakfast. The shower was very slippery, it needs a grab bar inside of the shower not just outside of it, and the room handles were hard to open」

「Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to request compensation for the issues we experienced during our recent stay. We were first assigned room 216, and upon entering, we found someone already sleeping inside. This was an uncomfortable and concerning situation, especially since it resulted from being given the wrong room. We were then moved to room 222, which unfortunately had additional problems. The room had a strong humid odor, and there was not enough toilet paper provided. Given the...

「Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」
