Lafayette
9.8 分，总分 10，绝佳，（22 条点评）
“The place is very conveniently located and very walkable to some of the best shops in Lafayette. Parking is super easy as well. For those who are more sensitive to noise, the place is not very sound proof, so we could hear footsteps from upstairs and phone conversations from next door. It didn’t bother us too much but it was noticeable enough that we couldn’t not mention it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, the host is very responsive and brought over things soon after we asked her for it.……

“The host was highly responsive. There is no AC. The shower water pressure was very weak. Some of the bathroom furniture had obvious signs of wear. The ladder was not comfortable to use. Cats everywhere outside. Strong smell of cat feces and urine all over property inside and outside. Stove would not properly light.”

“This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it……

“Overall a good place and good location. Had an issue with running multiple appliances from the same outlet, breaker had to be reset. Also, not much cleaning supplies. Dish washing stuff, but a broom with no dust pan, no plunger, and one roll of paper towels. They were pet friendly and responsive to inquiries. Two bedroom, one bathroom.”

“This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.”

“The apartment was well laid out, had just what we needed for our stay, and was comfortable to just hang out in during our down time. It's location made it super easy to get to everywhere we needed to go in the area, with quick access to the major highways and the BART station not being far away at all. Communication was absolutely awesome with all questions big and small answered quickly and completely. 10/10, would stay again.”

“This was perfect for our vacation- near the city with easy access to lots of great places in the Bay Area but quiet and secluded for winding down at the end of the day. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host is attentive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! We loved having our own outdoor space and the park across the street was a nice place for a little walk.”

“This is the worst experience we have ever had. We rented this place for 2 nights. Everything was OK the 1st night. However on the 2nd night around midnight the carbon monoxide/smoke detector alarms started going off. There was no smoke anywhere. We were startelled and started opening all windows and the front door to let fresh air in. We were at this point starting to have headaches and we knew this was an emergency. I messaged the host with this emergency he didn't reply until the next……
