"The room was clean and the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND NICE! My daughter and I had a wonderful trip!! The only negative comment I have is that we didn’t notice that they were charging gratuity every time we ate at the hotel. Who puts gratuity on a check for only 2 people? That really upset us! We are 20% plus tippers and the staff really made out nice because no one pointed out that they were charging us gratuity. There weren’t any signs about charging gratuity and it was positioned near the tax. Hard to notice. That was sneaky!!! Plus, I get it that most ALL items are imported, therefore they cost more… BUT why charge $20 for an omelet when there are chickens running all around the hotel property!!!"

"Great room well structured and attractive well equipped with everything you need for your stay the beach was full of seaweed but still attractive to seat and sun bath. Staff worked constantly to remove the seaweed but climate did not help much. Property is not in downtown so taxi or shuttle is appropriate."

"the property was alright, however nothing was really available expect the pool the gym nothing was in complete working condition. the restaurant and shops were closed. they said it was the off traveling time but why wouldn't you still have the restaurant be available. the description for the room states balcony, but its really not a balcony more like a little step ledge. A balcony you can sit out on...that's not what this was so to pay more thinking you can sit out and look at the ocean drink your coffee.. that was so not the case. I was very disappointing. This hotel is just in a good location if you like to walk. the water didn't work one of the nights we were there. the staff is not very interactive. I was told that's were a lot of people stay when its carnival time but I'm guessing than that's when they up there game and make the place look like the website. they do need a bit of an upgrade. there's only 1 ice maker on the 3rd floor 1 microwave on the 2nd floor. rooms in the 409 area expect to hear loud music late in the night.. my room was 338 which face the front of the hotel pretty quiet. I was easy to catch the safari bus in front of the hotel 2dollar fare."

"me an my wife who are locals spend the memorial weekend there an was very impressed with our room nice an clean nice ocean view from the balcony. nice excellent restaurant to have dinner.Had the chance to talk an meet Babara very nice lady that works there an do an awesome job...... Definitely we will be booking again in the near future.....Anthony....."

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas

"The pictures are a fraud. There’s no restaurant on the premises at all. The pool looks nothing like the pic. My bed sheets were dirty and had false eyelashes attached to them. There was construction done daily. Men were throwing large rocks down a shaft from 8am to 4pm DAILY!!! Including the weekend! They cut the yard daily. The excuse I was given was ground work was done daily. This made my stay horrible. The people were very nice but they didn’t solve any of the issues. I will never return."
