"Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. "

"We spent one week at this property and it was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect just steps away from excellent restaurants, a grocer, a fabulous bakery (Grant’s) and the Pele Tower which was the coolest place we’ve ever had a pint and a cocktail. The team was very responsive to me when I reached out a couple times over the course of the week. I recommend this property for its cleanliness, spaciousness, excellent location and it was also so quiet. Parking was never a problem and they provided a pass for not only Corbridge, but neighbouring Hexham as well. Just remember to take the “disk” with you (we didn’t and had to go back and get it), but only a 5 minute drive. There are so many close things to do that Corbridge is a short drive from. Or hike right from Corbridge. It really was a magical week for us!Thanks to the team for a vacation we won’t forget!"
