"Staff was very nice and I didn't realize until my final night inclusive meant the other restaurants. Staff at the souvenir store tricked me into buying them Chocolate and charged me extra money. Other then that Staff everything was fantastic"

"We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was a bit chaotic and slow. However, the front desk staff were very friendly. The resort was family friendly. The shows were a lot of fun. Overall, the food was good. The buffet had a lot of variety. We enjoyed our meals at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse. The food at the sports bar could have been better. The coffee bar was excellent. The bartistas were friendly and were able to make whatever you would like to drink. The white sandbeach was nice, but rocky as you got deeper. The gym had adequate equipment. There was a tour company on site, and they were helpful at getting us transportation. The resort was rather far from the airport."

"I took my wife here for our 5th anniversary and we had the absolute best time! Couples Negril was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The bars are open from morning to late at night and they have so many drink options. They don’t skimp on the alcohol either! There’s always something available to eat as well. And the food was amazing! They have all the American dishes we love, but they also have food from Jamaica that you get to try. The speciality coffee bar was awesome! Anything you want for free. The place is always clean and you can always find a beach chair. The water is beautiful and they even have snorkeling and diving for free! Couples Negril is the perfect place for couples and I promise you, we will be back!"

"We are repeat guests at coco and for good reasons. Can’t say enough about the beautiful people and property - we are never disappointed. The only slight issue was the wifi in block 6 - it was not guaranteed inside but it was more reliable outside the room. Sorry, not enough to keep us away in the future."

"I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant."

"Beautiful property very well maintained ideal for rest and relaxation the best two restaurants were JamRock and the Mexican the Food Market was hit or miss a lot of the time the food was luc warm at best. The best lunch buffet was at the Reef."
