Heaven

We had a group of 20, and it did not feel cramped at all. The kids loved the movie theatre and bunk room! Some of the outdoor furniture was broken/ wobbly but didn’t ruin our good time! I would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful views

The location of this property is excellent - next to the boardwalk, and 2-sided views of he beach. The layout was very convenient, as was having 9 ensuite rooms. We enjoyed the large living room and tables provided, and spent much time on the decks. As listing mentions, there is only a "starter" kit provided of 1 paper towel roll, 2 TP rolls, 1 dishwasher tab, and sink sponges. You will need to bring literally every other supply (soap, TP, tissues, etc.) and beach towels, beach chairs, etc.

OBX Getaway

What a great week in OBX! The location could not have been better! We had a wonderful time! Upon arriving there was an issue with the pool pump however someone came and fixed it right away. The views and convenient 2 second walk to the beach was perfect. Seaside Vacations did say to bring certain household items and they weren’t kidding, the house is provided with bare minimum. You have to bring your own spices, soap, toilet paper, trash bags etc. The whole group had a wonderful time and we would come back to this location.

Beautiful house. Tons of space for all of us.

This is a wonderful house. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has two large refrigerators and two dishwashers which was super nice for our extended family to use for meals. There was a great supply of cookware. We had two issues to point out. First, we couldn’t get the fireplace started. Management was great getting someone out the next day. A technician diagnosed the problem with “no gas in the tank” and that he’d report that to the office. No one ever came back to fill the tank and we never had a fire. The other surprise, and warning to future guests - when we arrived after a 7 hour drive there were no rolls of toilet paper in any of the 11 bathrooms and no soaps of any kind. We did find two very small “starter rolls of toilet paper” eventually upstairs on the kitchen counter. Wish we had been warned to bring these products before arriving. Most properties we’ve stayed in provide this. Other things that would have been nice would be to have had the beds made up instead of our having to make them up ourselves upon arrival. Other than that, our family had a wonderful time. The location is great - close to shopping, restaurants, the wild horses and lighthouse. The house is oceanfront and we loved hearing the ocean and seeing some gorgeous sunrises plus dolphins swimming by right off the coast.

Perfect place for the family to celebrate 60 years of life. Siblings, adult children, and grand children all had ample space, private rooms, and bathrooms. The house was of great size.

Great house. Only issue is host only supplying 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, and you need to put sheets on the beds yourself. Some of the fundamentals are off on this top shelf property. Seems cheap.
