5 BR OBX Beach House in Corolla, NC - 8 Minute Walk to the Beach & Pet Friendly
- 8 minute walk to the ocean dune located on the ocean side of highway 12 with private pool, pool table, and hot tub available for Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer. New floors, stove, furniture, and paint in 2026. New refrigerator and quartz kitchen countertops in 2023! New mattresses in 2022. Maid service cleans to CDD standards.
The person who signs the contract must be 25 or older and must stay at the house for the duration of the contract.
The house is close to the ocean and located next to a lake with a lake view. It's beautifully decorated, sleeps 14 people, is pet friendly, and is ready for your beach get-away.
Enjoy the lake adjacent to the house. There are two close grocery stores within a mile of the house and tons or nearby shopping.
The house includes: 5 Bedrooms - 3 Queen, 2 Duobunks w/Trundles, 2 Master Suites, 3 Baths (1 w/whirlpool), wireless internet, Central AC/Heat, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, 5 TVs, & Ceiling Fans. Open and Covered Decks w/Furniture, Grill (Gas), Enclosed Outside Shower, Recreation Room w/Billiards & Small Bar Fridge, HOT TUB for at least 6, PRIVATE POOL, PETS ALLOWED, *NO SMOKING.
