Corolla 2025

Beautiful property and property grounds. Wished we could’ve used the pickleball courts though. The beach was amazing and just a few minutes to walk to it. Loved all the turtles in the water.

Girl trip

The house and location were perfect for us. The online check-in process did not work however property manager responded to us in a timely fashion though. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property was not good. The furniture was also quite stained and dirty. We are pretty laid back so that did not impact our vacation. We had an awesome time!

Wonderful spot

Had a wonderful time! The home was larger than anticipated, clean, and had everything we needed. The neighbor hood amenities were a great addition and beach access was easy. The home had beach chairs and beach wagon which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the fact the backyard is not fenced in. We had dogs and thought the. backyard area was fenced in based on the pictures. Overall was a wonderful stay!

Awesome vacation

The property was beautifully decorated. Well stocked with dishes and appliances, basically everything that you would have in your own home. This property was pet friendly and cost friendly which was why we booked it as we were able to bring our fur babies with us to enjoy their first trip to the beach. The only issue we had was with the plumbing as we had a busted shower hose and a couple partially clogged drains in the jack and jill bathroom. It was about 7pm when found the issues and contacted the management company and they had someone out the next morning to access the situation and get it resolved. We were overall impressed with the house and the day before we left the home owners sent over a thank you gift for us choosing their home. We are already think of another trip next year and renting both the north and south units if we can get more family to come. Thank you for a great visit as this was my wife and stepson first visit to OBX. wereable to bring our furbabiesw were abl

Some Repairs Needed

Great location, amenities were good, family area was nice for hanging out. But, only had 4 towels when we arrived for a party of 10 and the master bedroom sheets did not appear to be changed. One of the hanging lights in the kitchen had dropped about a foot out of the ceiling. The shower shared by 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor was inoperable. The “shower head” looked like random pieces a plumber had in his tool box to create a “shower head”. Very little water came out of the spout-all came where the hose connected to the so called shower head.
