Family Vacation

The house was nice with great community amenities. Great size pool that stayed cool despite the hot weather. Spacious rooms. You need to use the trolley to get to the beach but the pick up spot is right outside the house We took advantage of it all,,, Beach, Pool, parasailing, pickle ball, gym, shuffle board, and ice cream. Harris teeters is super close. Very convenient. Note that simple items such as toilet paper and hand soap are not provided on arrival. There is also no keurig coffee maker Fun time!!!!

Perfect for our family with young kids

This was an absolutely perfect spot for our family with young kids. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect. The house had a wonderful open concept for entertainment, but nice private and quiet bedrooms. The pool and entire outdoor area was large and great for spending the day. Everything was clean. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was really great for getting to the beach, stores, as well as sunrise and sunset rides around a beautiful neighborhood with the kids.

Very nice property, they gave us the wrong code to get in. But issue was fixed after 2nd phone call. Otherwise a perfect spot for 3 families.

Great house for 10 but roof leaked twice

We had a great time in Currituck Club and Corolla. The house was nice and spacious. Large pool the kids enjoyed. Easy shuttle access to the beach. Great time exploring north of Duck. Duck traffic in August was a nightmare so we stayed up in Corolla. Had a great time crabbing on the docks at whalehead by Currituck lighthouse. Grabbed a net and couple lines from a local bait shop for $25. Had a couple great beach days with rental umbrellas in between the rainy days. Unfortunately our stay was over shadowed by a leaking roof in the master bedroom. This happened twice on our visit which was no fun to wake in the night with a wet bed. Property manager and owner basically said these things happen, but did nothing. Other than that we had a great stay. Never would have thought to ask if the roof leaked but it had clearly happened before when you see the ceiling in there. Would have a 5 star rating had this not happened. We had ten in our group. 12 would have been hard to sleep.

Beautiful house with great amenities!!

We loved the house and having a pool is a huge plus. The house is clean and well maintained. Very minor suggestion is to have at least one room with 2 beds. There is trolley service to the beach. The location is great! We highly recommend this house!

A great house in a safe, quiet community.

Our group appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the complimentary linens, the free dozen bagels provided by the owners, the pool and the hot tub. We had a great time and are already looking forward to next year. The house’s location was perfect (in front of trolley stop 6) and there was a supermarket and duck donuts around the corner. We had a great experience.
