Great place to stay with family and friends. It was clean and spacious . The kitchen had everything you would need! It was a great vacation for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the pool, the hot tub and all the space we had. The area between the back door and pool was very messy and the grill was dirty. All the toys and beach paraphernalia were strewn on the ground and dirty and we did not use them. Maybe a box for these things would help. There were some bottles and cans on the grass outside the pool which I picked up. Also, The top bunk bed had no sheets. Inside was pretty clean and quite attractive. We would like to return next year.

Fabulous house in a fabulous location! Plenty of space for the whole family, perfect beach access, and awesome outdoor decks/amenities. Beautiful saltwater pool, and the separate under counter ice machine was clutch!! It’s near several seafood/meat markets and the kitchen was stocked for us to easily cook every meal for a week, except one afternoon when we ran down to Kitty Hawk. The owner was very responsive and gracious enough to let us in the house about an hour early, since travel was unpredictable and the house was ready. I hope to return to OBX soon and would love the chance to stay here again!

Overall we were very pleased with the house . The location ( which we knew ) was a bit too much for our oldest family members to make it over to the ocean . The heat was also a factor in that. It would be really helpful if there was some type of shade down at the pool in a corner . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Location was great.Disappointed as hot tub and separate ice maker wasn’t working. Also surprised there were no puzzles or games available since in all the years we’ve been vacationing at OBX- there’s been a plethora of puzzles and games to enjoy at the houses we’ve stayed in. There were a couple of lightbulbs that were out and the cleaning was just okay. (Cobwebs in corners, dust in surfaces & lamps, sticky shelves in pantry) our feet also turned black after walking around bare feet in 20 minutes. Overal, the location really saved this house from being a completely bad experience.
