The Space:

Additionally, there is a loft area with a couch and TV, perfect for additional lounging space.
On the mid level, you'll find another king bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, ensuring ample privacy and comfort. The bunk room on this level is designed for flexibility and can accommodate multiple guests with one bunk bed featuring two twin beds and another bunk bed with one twin bed and one double bed. A Jack & Jill bathroom connects the bunk room and the additional queen bedroom that is on this level.
The ground level serves as the main entrance through the carport. This floor includes a game room/living room equipped with an air hockey/pool table and a TV, making it the ideal hangout spot. There is also a second refrigerator and a laundry closet for added convenience. This level also includes a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a great space for kids. A full bathroom is located in the hall for functionality.

The private pool offers a refreshing treat, while a porch swing offers a serene spot to unwind. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy, unregistered pets at the property, evidence of smoking.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
