Peaceful

Last week of Sept! Corolla was the right amount of quiet. Perfect distance to beach (we did not take more than chairs and coolers- carried). House was ready for early check in! Was perfect weather for windows and screens to be open but main slider was missing screen doors. Submitted maintenance request and they came next day and followed up a few days later to make sure all was well. Love it!

Dancin' Dolphin

Two blocks from the beach, great beach access with a shower. Loved the pool on this property. That was a great benefit. And the kitchen was very, very well-equipped for those who like to cook. (except there was a shortage of spoons). Lots of room for everyone. Bed covers a little old and worn. Lots of nice beach chairs, but the beach buggy to haul things down was covered with trash. One of our bike rentals parked at the public beach access bike rack was stolen. You might want to request locks.

House in disrepair

The exterior of the house is in great disrepair. The siding is filthy, sliding doors completely rotted out on upstairs s deck, all the gates on the exterior stairs were falling apart & the poolside umbrella was broken. On the interior, the rugs were sticky dirty and the laminate on the kitchen cabinets was falling off. In addition several of the dining rooms chairs were coming apart and need glueing. Finally the floor ac ventby the dining room table was broken so if you were sitting on the window side of the table and your chair went i to the broken vent hole you would fall backwards into the large glass window (very dangerous. The curtains in the living room were also stained with a questionable substance. Gross!.
