This beautiful Corolla Light home is nestled in the pines of a gated community perfect for a relaxing getaway. At The Sandlot you'll experience everything the OBX has to offer plus incredible resort amenities, the beach, shopping and dining all within a short walk. This beautiful 4-bedroom home has it all! Tastefully decorated, fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Community amenities include 4-outdoor pools, oceanfront restaurant, indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, hot tub, game room, snack bar, playground, volleyball, two putting greens (grass and turf), bike & jogging trails, sound side pool and pier, and weekly activities for kids and adults during the summer season. You can catch the trolley steps from the front door (during summer season) for a ride to the beach, sound or any of the other resort amenities. At the end of the day, enjoy a good book on the screened porch or relax in your private hot tub.

Full access to the Corolla Light Resort including indoor pool and fitness center, 2 outdoor life-guarded pools, baby pool, children's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and tennis courts. There is also an Oceanfront Grille and ocean front walks. Trolley service (seasonal) to the beach every 30 minutes, snack hut and weekly activities for the kids and adults. (Note: While Brindley Beach is always here to assist with your stay, the Corolla Light amenities, including the trolley schedules and routes, are managed independently by that community and may change without prior notice.)

Up a half level you'll find a Bedroom with a Double Bed, Single Bed and TV/DVD that shares a full upgraded hall bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and separate luxury shower) with a King Bedroom with TV/DVD.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $600 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
