Paws A Bit: New Rental, Dog-Friendly, Pool, Soundfront Views

Paws A Bit is a southern contemporary home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club resort, a premier golf course community of the northern Outer Banks. This home boasts professionally-designed interiors, lots of sunlit windows and plenty of space for the entire family to have fun including the family pets as up to 2 dogs are allowed.

Beds: 3 Kings (2 Masters), 1 Queen; 8 Towel Sets provided

ENTRY LEVEL:
Upon entering the home, the first of several sitting areas is on the right with a den that offers 2 comfortable couches. The next sitting area is in front of a 83″ flat-screen TV and then the Great Room opens into a large living area that includes access to the outside back deck. A small breakfast table will seat 4 and the dining table will seat 8. There is a kitchen bar counter with 4 chairs and the kitchen has quartzite countertops and updated appliances. A half bath is located on this level. The King Master Suite has a large tiled shower in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
From the stairs to the top level, there is another small sitting area for guests. The second King Master Suite has vaulted ceiling, small sitting area and its master bath has both a shower and a separate soaking tub. The two other bedrooms – one King and one Queen – share the hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The King bedroom also has a private deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
On the back sun deck, there is an outdoor table and gas grill available. Down to the pool deck, the large 14' x 32' saltwater pool will provide countless hours of watery enjoyment as will the hot tub. Be sure to use the outdoor shower after beach-going! There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Great Location, house had A/C issues and septic smells

We arrived to a hot house thermostat was on 78, we adjusted and owner kept readjusting from WiFi connection, rental company was very accommodating and brought 2 window units for upstairs which was 78 degrees in afternoon then after multiple complaints they brought 5 units and after 4 days we where finally comfortable after asking to be compensated from home owner they offered one day rental back which we haven’t received yet, also there was a septic smell outside pool and inside house, house would have been ok otherwise!
