Perfect spot, enjoyed every square inch

We booked 4th of July '25 week for a family reunion and this spot met all the needs of ages 8-80. The short walk to the beach was handy as ppl could come & go (note stairs to cross dune). The salt water pool saw as much enjoyment as the waves. The hot tub was a great delighter. A gem was the highest deck for star gazing. Lots of deck space for each floor. First floor pool table with convenient fridge was helpful. May have been nice to have a couch in pool table area (as teen hangout became top floor kitchen) - but area there tightish. Overall a great place, enjoyed the week with the crew.

Gorgeous home close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house is a just steps from the beach. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers! Our only problem was a minor one unrelated to the house - the previous tenants left the garbage overflowing outside the bins, so animals got into the bags and made a mess. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this house!
