Staying at this Corolla beach house late October and early November 2024 for our wedding weekend and honeymoon was the best! It really did feel like staying in a treehouse. It was the most amazing experience. We loved the layout of this house. There are so many levels of stairs (we didn’t mind this; we got good exercise lol), but for those who have difficulty walking up and down stairs, this is not for you. Kids would love this place. It feels like a jungle gym. The hot tub and pool are awesome, although we really didn’t get to use the pool much. We did not opt for it to be heated though, so if you visit in fall or winter be sure to have the pool heated. The neighborhood is in the perfect location. Nice and close to Monterey Plaza which we went to basically every day since around this time of year most areas are closed. The public beach access recommended by Matt is a wonderful area with beautiful light colored sand and long beaches. There is no bathroom at this access but I think they just started building a feet washing station when we were there. The parking lot is across the street. Recommend biking or driving to the beach. There is a pier 2 minutes walk from the property that is very beautiful. There is another one by the clubhouse. That one is great as well. Best to bike to it. Matt was quick to address some issues in the house we needed fixed. He is a very fast responder and he is awesome! We had the best experience here and 100% will go back here!
