The staff was exceptional. The room was amazing and clean from top, to bottom. Any question I needed answered they were there to answer for me. The amenities can in so handy especially the washing machine provided. I’d 100% return to this hotel

I almost choose “ Somerset “ hotel for stay at Bangkok , even Asoke , Thonlong or Ekkamai this time . Property is lovely, staff is top tier, breakfast was varied and very good. I just didn't like the location and it was very noisy. The slamming of the doors very disruptive, dragginh of furniture all hours, no soundproofing

This was a serviced apartment and it would better for long stays than short. The room was large and had a washing machine which was helpful. Front desk became annoyed when we requested extra sheets for bed as I dont like only a comforter. But other staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean room,,comfy mattress,,bed too much noise , school behind building so there kid plays every morning,staffs friendly and polite, elevator smell marijuana , balcony smell smoke, even there a smoke free hotel,location bit walk from BTS,but there every 30mins shuttle to the BTS.
