We loved our stay at this hotel except for the fact that when we booked on expedia we booked a room for 3 people because it says it sleeps 3 adults but when we checked into the room were charged a fee for the third person. Tried to explain to the staff that after 3 weeks of traveling we are certain we booked all of our rooms for 3 adults but they still charged a hefty fee.

The property was good, but some small issues at the level they are trying to be. Automatic doors on the room level are not well maintained and shake back and fowards when opening and can hit people. Did not hurt us but if walk close to the opening door it will come back at hit you. Breakfast was chaos with a simple black coffee order taking over 20 minutes and receiving a latte instead. First day was a small issue, while second day was almost impossible to get a simple coffee (other groups having same issue). If cannot get simple black coffee correct, how can the rest of the breakfast be acceptable. Bar and pool area were both great with staff, drinks, and support. Front desk was also extremely helpful. Car and driver set up by the hotel to the airport was also excellent.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Close to the BTS and walkable to top shopping malls. Fantastic breakfast with a la carte and buffet options, and The Spice Market restaurant serves up excellent Thai food.
